We had our first public outing on Sunday 9th December at the Big Day Out for Dogs. It was wonderful to see the Basenji breed on exhibition at this event – where so many other breeds and Clubs and dog sports were showcased.
Many of our members and their dogs were in attendance supporting the Club and the breed. All four colours were represented.Our committee and dogs had memorable day.
The Big Day Out for Dogs is a fantastic day for anyone looking to purchase a dog. With many breeds represented in one place talking to owners and breeders is made easier. Plus there are all manner of dog activities on display and vendors selling doggie products.
The VBBA’s stand was busy with people fascinated with our unique breed.
